Privacy, in plain words.

The short version

This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers, and there's nothing to log into. The only personal information it handles is what you type into the form. That goes to our inbox so we can reply to you.

What the form collects

When you ask for a free mockup, the form asks for your name, your business name, your email address, what kind of business you have and what the new site should fix. It also records which page of this site you sent it from. That's all. It does not ask for a phone number, an address or anything about your finances.

Where it goes

• An email to us, sent through Resend, an email delivery service. We reply from a normal inbox.
• A confirmation email to the address you gave, so you know it arrived.
• A copy in a private spreadsheet we keep so a lead is never lost if an email fails.
• A short alert to our phone that says a lead came in and what kind of business it is. It does not include your name, email or message.

We never sell, rent or share what you send with anyone else. It is used to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to build your site.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may look at your browser and connection to make that call. It is run by Cloudflare under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and it does not show you a puzzle unless something looks off.

Site measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. Both are cookieless and do not identify you. We see counts, pages, countries and device types, not people. When you send the form we record that a lead was sent, which page it came from and the business type you picked. No name, email or message is attached.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our inbox and spreadsheet until you ask us to delete them, or until we clear out old leads, whichever comes first. If you become a client, your details stay in your project file for as long as we work together.

Email hello@graphyteagency.com and ask, and we'll tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within one business day.

Changes

If how the site handles your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
